Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily dispensary-floor operations, including staffing, compliance, cash and inventory management, employee development, customer service, visual merchandising, and reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years of age, and 2+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience; supervisory experience is preferred. It is a full-time position paying $24.04 per hour, with health benefits, an employee discount, EAP, earned sick and safe time, and holiday pay.
