The Assistant Manager will lead customer experience and sales performance, coach and develop retail associates, manage hiring and performance planning, and oversee health and safety, asset protection, privacy, inventory, merchandising, and brand standards. The role requires 2–3 years of retail management experience, direct accountability for sales and service targets, and experience leading and developing customer- and sales-focused teams.
