The Store Associate guides customers to products that meet their needs, creates a meaningful in-store experience, collaborates with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, maintains store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, and follows safety procedures. The role offers training in Rituals’ rituals, products, and treatments and requires relevant retail or hospitality experience, customer focus, teamwork, decisiveness, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and organization.
