Description
The Assistant Dispensary Manager supports the day-to-day operations of a cannabis dispensary, including staffing, recruiting, training, coaching, employee relations, scheduling, inventory, sales reporting, compliance, customer service, and safe work environment management. The role requires retail management experience with teams of five or more, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills, MS Office and Excel proficiency, and the ability to work after hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
