FirstCash is hiring a Retail Assistant Store Manager for its Cash America Pawn operation in Snellville, Georgia. The role supports day-to-day pawn retail store operations, customer service, employee training and recruiting, inventory and asset protection, loan and buying processes, merchandising, financial reporting, and profitability. It requires at least six months of management or third-key experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, cash-handling and POS experience, supervisory and analytical abilities, flexibility for a 40+ hour retail schedule including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $17.00–$20.00 per hour plus commission and potential store-performance bonuses; medical, dental, vision, life, and other benefits are available subject to eligibility.
