SSA is hiring a Retail Associate to provide guest service and support retail operations at cultural attraction locations. The role involves stocking and merchandising products, maintaining clean and organized sales areas, balancing a cash drawer, supporting inventory replenishment with the warehouse team, promoting sales, and following company, client, sustainability, and community-engagement guidelines. Candidates need strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic POS and Excel knowledge, the ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced setting, and the physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle 10–35 pound boxes. No previous experience or specific educational background is required, and schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
