Description
SSA is hiring a Retail Associate to support retail operations at cultural attraction and hospitality venues. The role serves guests, maintains and stocks merchandise displays and service areas, monitors inventory, operates basic point-of-sale systems, balances cash drawers, promotes products through suggestive selling, and coordinates with retail leadership and warehouse staff. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic POS and Excel knowledge, the ability to follow instructions, work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment, lift and move 10–35 pound boxes, stand for extended periods, and work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. No prior experience or specific educational background is required.
