SSA is hiring a Retail Associate to support guest service and retail operations at cultural attraction locations. The role includes assisting guests, stocking and merchandising products, monitoring inventory, maintaining clean and safe sales areas, operating a basic point-of-sale system, balancing cash drawers, promoting sales, and supporting sustainability and community initiatives. No previous experience or specific education is required, but candidates need strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, basic POS and Excel skills, the ability to lift 10–35 pounds and stand for extended periods, and availability for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
