The Cannabist Company is hiring a full-time Retail Associate in Lowell, Massachusetts to guide medical marijuana patients, verify purchase limits, complete and manage patient records, fulfill orders, provide customer service, and promote cannabis products. The role requires at least two years of direct customer service experience, with retail and point-of-sale experience preferred or required as applicable, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Outlook, and the ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
