SSA is hiring a Retail Associate to support guest service and retail operations at cultural attraction locations. The role includes assisting guests, stocking and merchandising products, monitoring inventory, maintaining clean and safe retail areas, operating basic POS systems, balancing a cash drawer, supporting sales through suggestive selling, and collaborating with warehouse and retail leadership. No previous experience or specific education is required, but candidates need strong communication, basic computer/POS and Excel skills, flexibility for varied schedules, and the ability to stand for extended periods and handle 10–35 pound boxes.
