Midtown is hiring full-time Retail Associates to provide knowledgeable customer service in a boutique shop environment. The role includes assisting customers with product selection, operating the POS system, processing purchases and returns, maintaining merchandise displays, receiving shipments, stocking products, monitoring inventory, communicating promotions, and supporting store operations. Candidates need strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise. Starting pay is $17.05 per hour, adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
