Marshalls is hiring a retail store associate for its Nashville, Tennessee location to provide customer service, operate the register, promote credit and loyalty programs, process and merchandise products, maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards, support loss prevention and safety programs, and assist across store areas as needed. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects. The starting pay is $13.50–$14.00 per hour, with eligibility for a range of benefits based on service or hours requirements.
