Proficiency in accurately processing POS transactions and assisting with operational activities.
Ability to assist with telephone answering using proper telephone etiquette.
High-level product knowledge and product ownership to ensure excellent customer service.
Experience running products to floors, shipping to customers, and conducting transfers according to directives.
Understanding of radio communication tools used in-store.
Ability to partner with management to resolve customer service issues, including product damage, repair, exchange, and concierge services.
Commitment to maintaining brand and operating standards for brand consistency.
Help maintain store presentation standards.
Ownership of maintaining high standards for back-of-house and offsite storage organization.
Responsible for communicating inbound merchandise to the team and preparing new arrivals for display.
Meeting various deadlines including IMRDs, damages, transfers, and charge sends.
Ensures accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments and receipts.
Prepares shipments and ensures accuracy of documentation for all outgoing parcels.
Properly prints tickets in WebIM.
Audits weekly inventory reports for accuracy.
Assists with store maintenance needs and supplies ordering.
Maintains Operations Binders and ensures they are accurately updated.
Adheres to all loss prevention policies and procedures to protect assets.
