Description
The full-time, non-exempt retail associate position pays $15-$17 per hour and requires 35-40 hours per week, with zero to minimal local travel. Duties include customer service, greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, escalating concerns, sorting and stocking merchandise, meeting processing and revenue goals, opening and closing, maintaining organized workspaces, and supporting cultural development among team members. The role requires organization, efficient merchandise evaluation, customer service, physical ability to stand for up to four hours and lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to perform other duties assigned by store management.
