Description
The Retail Associate supports Valley Wide Cooperative’s billing and payment functions while providing customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases and returns, stocking shelves, answering phone lines, acknowledging customers and vendors, and supporting other employees. The role requires Tier II training, willingness to become propane certified, strong communication and multitasking skills, accurate cash-handling, and a professional team-oriented approach; a high school diploma or GED and prior customer service experience are preferred.
