Goodwill Columbus is hiring an hourly retail associate to process and sell donated goods in a fast-paced retail store. The role includes greeting donors and customers, receiving and unloading donations, sorting and inspecting items, pricing and preparing merchandise, stocking sales-floor displays, operating a cash register, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting with deliveries. Candidates need customer service and communication skills, basic math and register skills, reliability, teamwork, independence, organization, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Retail experience is helpful but not required.
