The Retail Associate will serve guests at Riverbanks Zoo & Garden by fulfilling customer needs, stocking and maintaining retail displays, handling cash, supporting merchandise sales, and following company policies. The role requires basic POS and Excel knowledge, physical ability to stand and lift boxes, and availability for varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
