The Retail Associate supports Valley Wide Cooperative by handling billing and payment-related functions, assisting customers with purchases and returns, stocking shelves, answering phone lines, and supporting other employees. The role requires friendly customer and vendor interaction, multitasking, telephone etiquette, accurate cash handling, teamwork, and a willingness to become propane certified upon hire; a high school diploma or GED and previous customer service experience are preferred.
