Description
The Retail Associate is a full-time Ross Inc. store role responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a safe and clean sales floor, merchandising merchandise, processing cash and credit transactions, following loss-prevention and mark-out-of-stock procedures, and performing assigned cleaning and stocking tasks. The role requires friendly communication, basic retail mathematics, full-time availability, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and occasionally lift more than 25 pounds.
