Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana is hiring Retail Associates for its Fort Wayne stores. The role handles customer purchases, cash registers, POS terminals, change, credit-card transactions, sales-floor maintenance, merchandise stocking and organization, donation sorting and grading, pricing, tax-receipt issuance, and customer service. The position requires at least three months of prior work experience, basic literacy, the ability to make change, flexible weekend and evening availability, and physical lifting and pushing or pulling. No specialized education is required because training is provided.
