Description
The Retail Associate Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, support customer service and Mobile Expert performance, manage customer wait times, maintain product and promotional knowledge, oversee store systems and communications, control expenses, and help deliver financial results. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service or sales experience, communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a retail environment. The base pay range is $43,200 to $75,675, with total target cash pay of $57,600 to $100,900.
