The Sales Department Clerk (Retail Associate) supports American Girl retail customers by greeting shoppers, answering product questions, directing merchandise, providing suggestive upselling, processing point-of-sale transactions, handling returns and exchanges, communicating customer needs to management, and contributing to team goals. The role requires basic computer skills, POS experience is preferable, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends. The position pays $15–$17.25 per hour.
