Description
The Retail (Backroom) Production Associate sorts donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories; prices and identifies high-value items; meets production and quality goals; transports, stocks, rotates, and displays merchandise; maintains clean and safe work areas; and assists with donation intake and compaction. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently. Compensation is $16–$17.00 per hour based on experience, skills, and education.
