Absolute Pets is hiring a full-time Retail Community Leader/Team Leader in Table View, South Africa. The role leads day-to-day retail operations, including sales, gross-profit targets, visual merchandising, customer service, inventory, administration, shrinkage control, and staff performance, while also developing local community initiatives and customer experiences centered on the store’s dog-park location. Candidates need Grade 12, 1–2 years of leadership or people-management experience, pet or pet-industry experience, planning and coordination ability, strong organization, communication and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
