Description
Micro Center is hiring Retail Computer Technicians to provide in-person customer consultations, troubleshoot and diagnose computer and electronic devices, recommend service solutions, assemble custom computers, handle transactions, and communicate repair status. The role pays $18 per hour during training, with average productivity-based pay of $18 to $34 per hour after training. A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of related computer service repair or technical customer service experience are strongly preferred, along with relevant certifications or the ability to obtain them within 90 days of hire.
