Description

Focal Systems is seeking a results-driven Retail Consultant to join their North American Retail Consulting team. The consultant will provide day-to-day support to retail partners, maximizing returns on investment from Focal's AI solutions. Responsibilities include managing onboarding, engaging with existing clients, acting as a liaison between retailers and Focal, and driving adoption of Focal's technology. The role involves extensive travel to New York and New Jersey stores.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Mid or senior-level experience within the retail sector, ideally in grocery.
Involvement in digital transformation and/or process improvement initiatives.
Technology client-facing role, spanning areas such as customer success, account management, consulting, project management, change management, or onboarding/training.
