BESIX is hiring a Retail Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of four retail shops in Belgium and France. Reporting to the COO, the role involves regular on-floor visits, sales coaching, KPI tracking, corrective action planning, brand-standard enforcement, staff check-ins, onboarding support, and relaying shop needs to headquarters. The position requires at least five years of retail sales experience, preferably as a store or area/regional manager, strong sales-coaching and analytical skills, frequent travel between the shops, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
