Description
BESIX is hiring a Retail Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of four affiliated retail stores in Belgium and France. Reporting to the COO, the role involves regular on-site visits, sales coaching, KPI monitoring, corrective action planning, brand-standard compliance, team check-ins, onboarding support, and communication of product and inventory needs. The position requires frequent travel between the stores, at least five years of retail sales experience, in-store sales-team leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
