Description
Entain is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager for its Ladbrokes and Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, the role delivers customer service, promotes safer gambling, takes bets, processes cash transactions, demonstrates betting terminals, handles complaints, meets targets, maintains shop standards, and opens or closes the shop. The typical weekly rota is 30 hours across long opening or closing shifts and shorter evening shifts, with shops open Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm depending on location. Applicants must be at least 18, have previous customer-facing experience, be confident working with customers in person, and be familiar with cash handling and payment transactions. The salary is £13.00 per hour, with optional overtime, pension, ShareSave, discounts, healthcare and wellbeing support, and development opportunities.
