Description
The Customer Service Specialist supports Sherwin-Williams retail stores by assisting wholesale and retail customers, answering product questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, processing sales, meeting sales goals, tinting and mixing paint, stocking displays, maintaining inventory, and supporting deliveries. The role is part-time, available at two Cincinnati and Norwood, Ohio locations, and pays $16.83 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, hold an unrestricted driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally, and be willing to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends.
