Description
Wolt is hiring a Retail Development Manager to manage enterprise supermarket partnerships in Kazakhstan. The role owns strategic relationships with key retail partners, leads complex negotiations and account growth, drives operational and commercial performance, coordinates marketing initiatives, and manages a team. It is a fixed-term contract for maternity leave lasting 1.5 years and requires 3–5 years of enterprise account management experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, proficiency with Google Sheets, Power BI, and/or Looker, and fluency in Russian and Kazakh with B2-level English.
