Apple is hiring an Employee Relations Business Partner to advise managers, leaders, and employees in the AMR East Region on complex employee relations matters. The role handles sensitive investigations, workplace violence assessments, policy and procedure development, training, metrics analysis, and high-risk decisions involving harassment, business conduct, terminations, and HR policies. It requires 7–12+ years of employee relations experience, investigation expertise, knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to travel 20–30%.
