Description
The Retail Facilities Manager will oversee facilities maintenance for Apple retail stores across the Chicago-based region, serving as the primary facilities partner for assigned stores. The role combines hands-on store support with vendor and contractor management, project and program oversight, operational and capital budget ownership, building-systems expertise, and cross-functional collaboration with design, real estate, and other teams. The position requires at least seven years of construction or facilities management experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, and the ability to conduct on-site visits at least twice per month.
