JD Sports is recruiting a Retail Floor Supervisor apprentice in partnership with WIN Sport for the September 2026 intake. The role trains the apprentice to manage and improve the performance of a retail department such as footwear, apparel, stock, or cash desk; lead multi-skilled sales associates; support customer service; analyze sales KPIs; handle store openings and closings; manage deliveries, team briefings, and cash-desk operations; and maintain department presentation. Applicants should have a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in management in retail or commercial business, be natural leaders, excel at selling, and be versatile in performance and human relationships.
