JD Sports is recruiting a Retail Floor Supervisor (Supervisor de rayon) for its September 2026 alternating program in partnership with ESG Sport and WIN Sport. The role manages and animates a sales department such as footwear, apparel, stock, or checkout; leads multi-skilled sales associates; supports customer service; analyzes commercial KPIs; and handles store openings and closings, deliveries, scheduling, and department presentation. Candidates should have a management degree at Bac+2 or Bac+3 in commerce, be natural leaders, excel at sales, and be passionate about human relationships.
