Goodwill is hiring a Retail General Manager to lead the operations of a retail store, including sales-floor and back-of-house production, inventory, merchandising, staffing, customer service, compliance, payroll, scheduling, and store P&L performance. The role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience, physical readiness, flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays, and a high school diploma; an associate’s degree and thrift/resale experience are preferred. The position offers a $1,000 welcome bonus and potential quarterly performance bonuses of up to 25% of the quarterly salary.
