Goodwill is hiring a Retail General Manager to lead the operations of a retail location, overseeing sales-floor and back-of-house production teams, inventory, merchandising, staffing, customer service, compliance, payroll, scheduling, and store profit and loss. The role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience, physical readiness, flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays, and a high school diploma; an associate’s degree and thrift/resale experience are preferred. The position offers a $1,000 welcome bonus and potential quarterly performance-based bonuses.
