Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a General Manager to lead retail store operations, including scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, compliance, financial reporting, team development, and customer engagement. The role requires at least five years of multi-functional retail management experience with direct supervisory experience, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and the ability to work flexible hours. Compensation is $70,000-$80,000 plus bonus incentives, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
