The General Manager will lead a retail operations team, oversee sales culture and brand standards, execute a customer-first strategy, manage budgets and financial targets, pursue business development, develop and schedule staff, and ensure compliance with health, safety, asset protection, privacy, and company policies. The role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably as a General Manager, along with sales and service achievement, coaching, and team-management experience.
