Pilot Flying J is hiring an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee high-volume travel center and restaurant facilities. The role is responsible for developing and executing business plans, driving sales, managing teams, maintaining vendor relationships, tracking inventory, providing customer service, and performing P&L analysis. Candidates need at least 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or another service industry with financial-result responsibility, plus high-volume retail management and P&L accountability. The position offers a starting annual salary of $54,300 to $80,750, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
