Orvis is seeking a Retail Guide to serve as a front-line retail guide in a fast-paced outdoor-adventure retail environment. The role involves creating a welcoming store atmosphere, acting as a brand ambassador, delivering empathetic customer service, developing knowledge of Orvis products and services, suggesting products authentically, using omnichannel retail assets, maintaining store presentation, restocking, and handling merchandise safely. The position requires strong interpersonal, problem-solving, computer, and merchandising skills, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work between customers.
