Orvis is seeking a Retail Guide to serve as a front-line retail guide in a fast-paced outdoor-adventure retail environment. The role involves creating a welcoming store atmosphere, acting as a brand ambassador, providing empathetic and customer-centric service, developing knowledge of Orvis products, suggesting products authentically, using omnichannel retail assets, maintaining store presentation, restocking, and handling merchandise safely. The position requires strong customer service, relationship-building, problem-solving, computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
