Orvis is seeking a Retail Guide to serve as a front-line retail guide in a fast-paced outdoor-adventure retail environment. The role involves creating a welcoming store atmosphere, acting as a brand ambassador, providing empathetic customer service, recommending products, maintaining store presentation, restocking, and handling merchandise. Candidates should have experience in women's apparel, strong customer-service and problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
