Description
The Retail HRBP serves as the primary HR business partner for District Managers and Store Leaders, supporting employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, leadership coaching, benefits and leave administration, onboarding and offboarding, and regional HR operations. The role is based in New York City with a four-day-in-office, one-day-work-from-home arrangement, or in the Los Angeles area as a remote role requiring travel to stores. The base salary is $85,000 to $100,000, with additional benefits, incentives, a clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
