MISS A is hiring Keyholders to serve as the first point of contact for customers and act as store leaders in its expanding retail division. The role involves greeting customers, operating the POS and handling cash, resolving conflicts, providing product recommendations, merchandising displays, enforcing loss-prevention and cash-handling policies, and supervising Sales Associates. Candidates must be at least 17, have at least one year of customer-service experience, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and availability for nights, holidays, and weekends. The position offers competitive hourly pay and flexible part-time scheduling, but part-time positions are not eligible for health, dental, or vision benefits.
