Description
The Retail Lead assists retail supervisors in leading and motivating staff, supervising assigned personnel, coaching new team members, overseeing floor operations, managing inventory and cash, maintaining a safe and organized retail environment, resolving guest complaints, and achieving sales goals. The role requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, POS knowledge, physical ability to handle boxes, and availability for varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Two to three years of retail experience is a plus, and all education backgrounds are eligible.
