SSA Group is hiring a part-time, seasonal Retail Lead to support retail operations, guest service, team leadership, inventory and cash procedures, sales goals, and compliance during the October 8 through February 5, 2027 Glowfari season. The role reports to retail supervisors and managers, requires POS knowledge and physical ability to handle boxes, and offers hourly non-exempt pay plus benefits such as an employee assistance program, early payment, tuition discounts, parental leave, a meal plan, and employee discounts.
