Description
The Retail Lead assists retail supervisors and managers in leading and developing staff, overseeing floor operations, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, managing inventory and cash, supporting sales and guest service, resolving complaints, and meeting performance goals. The role requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, POS knowledge, physical ability to handle boxes, and availability for varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Two to three years of retail experience is a plus, and the position offers hourly non-exempt pay, an employee assistance program, early payment, tuition discounts, parental leave, and meal and employee discounts.
