Amazon is hiring a Retail Lead Associate for its Locker+ retail locations in Los Angeles County. The role supports customer service operations and floor leader responsibilities, including customer engagement, inventory scanning and counting, peer support, process improvement, safety and quality standards, and communication of customer and associate experience trends. The position requires open availability Sunday through Thursday between 3:45 p.m. and 10:15 p.m., flexible night, weekend, and holiday work, and physical activity including lifting up to 49 pounds. Starting pay is $21.35 per hour, with benefits and additional shift differentials or overtime possible.
