Description
The Retail Lead oversees store operations and overall performance for a retail area, coordinating with Azadea's Shared Services and Business Services. The role manages visual merchandising, operational metrics, stock control, customer service, market analysis, sales reporting, new-store openings, store closures, compliance, and team recruitment and development. It requires fluency in English, MS Office proficiency, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and six to eight years of retail or similar experience, including three years in a managerial role.
